Finished Product Roach House

We've reached the moment you've all been waiting for!  Construction has completed and the Roaches have moved into their brand new home in Blythewood.  Bartlett & Davis Construction has done a wonderful job on this beautiful 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home, complete with a fireplace and covered front and back porch.  The kitchen features top of the line appliances and marble counters. 

We couldn't be happier with how the house turned out and we know the Roaches are excited to make this their home for many years to come.

The Wrights in Lexington Update

We have reached 77% completion on the Wright's home in Lexington!  They've made great progress since we last visited this house, and it's always exciting to see a home come to be before our eyes.  The brick has been put on the exterior, and cabinets have been put in the kitchen.  The fireplace is almost finished, and we cannot wait to see the finished product of this beautiful home the Wrights have chosen.

The Harris' in Chapin Update

We have reached 80% completion on the Harris' home in Chapin.  The house looks beautiful as it awaits it's finishing touches.  The deck is finished and cabinets have been put in.  The Harris' are only weeks away from moving into this lovely home in Chapin South Carolina.  We at the Jacob Crowder Team are very excited to help build this home, and we're thrilled to be able to share the process with you.

The McLees' in Greenville

We are just about at the halfway point on the future home of the McLees' in Greenville. It is always exciting to see a house come up from the ground, and we are very excited to watch this house grow with the McLees.  Their home will feature a large backyard with a covered patio to enjoy those beautiful summer days in Greenville.  The Jacob Crowder Team has worked very hard to ensure that the McLees' home reaches their highest expectations, and we couldn't be happier with how it's coming along.

We have reached 50% completion on the future home of the Wrights in Lexington!  They have chosen a beautiful neighborhood in range of great schools and convenient shopping.  Their large backyard promises to feature countless barbecues and football games, and their large front porch will be the perfect place to enjoy a glass of sweet tea in the South Carolina sun.

The Roach House in Blythewood

The Roach's house is at 73% completion as of it's last inspection, and we couldn't be happier.  Cabinets have been put in, and interior painting has begun in this beautiful two story suburban home in lovely Blythewood South Carolina.  Just 18 miles from downtown Columbia, Blythewood provides all the benefits of living in a rural suburban area, with all the amenities of a city, within a stone's throw.

The Harris' in Chapin

The Harris' are just months away from the completion of their new home in Chapin.  The beautiful home will feature a large deck, indoor fireplace, and an expansive backyard.  The house is looking great, and we couldn't be happier.  We are at about 64% completion right now, and cannot wait to see the finished product.

The Steeles in Lexington

We are very excited about begining construction for the Steeles in Lexington.  Perry Bumgarner has beautiful plans for this 4 bedroom, 3 and a half bath home, that will stand at 3,485 square feet.  The Steeles will enjoy an outbuilding workshop, front porche, back deck, and an indoor fireplace, all while living within minutes of major shopping, healthcare and schools.  We at the Jacob Crowder Team take great pride in helping families move into beautiful, brand new homes.

The Duncans in Northeast

The Jacob Crowder team is excited to bring you the Duncans' site in beautiful suburban Wildewood. Construction has just begun on this 4,561 sq ft, 6 bedroom, 4 and a half bath house, in one of the most rapidly growing neighborhoods in Columbia. The house is being built by Mungo Homes who has come to be known as America's Best Builder for their outstanding achievements in new home construction.  They continue to impress, as the Duncans will enjoy such amenities as an indoor fireplace, screened in porch, and a deck overlooking their sprawling backyard.

Our Project

At Jacob Crowder's Team we are always looking for new ways to make the home buying experience exciting.  Our newest project is this blog, which we want to use as a way to allow our followers to see the progress of our clients' new homes.  The Perm to Construction Product we have available is for homes being built from the ground up.  In this blog we will follow these construction projects.  We will share with our followers pictures and write ups of the progress being made on these homes.  This will allow our clients to easily share images and information about their new home with family and friends.  Also, we invite our followers to make comments and give their suggestions.  Buying a new home, whether it is your first or fifth, should be enjoyable, and we want to make sure it is for you.
